• Fill whirlpool tub with water past the jets(at least 2 inches) from the top.
• Turn on switch located on tub(ON/OFF).
• Turn the wall timer to your desired length of time.
  • If using bubble bath, please only use a small amount, the circulation of the jets makes the bubbles increase.
  • When using the Jacuzzi, please make sure that the jets are pulled out.
  • Do Not use oils, rose petals etc.. (Items that do not belong in Jacuzzi/tubs), if reported by housekeeper, additional cleaning charges will apply.

Your suite has one dimming light switch that operates the lights above the fireplace and the other suite lights on both set of switches. One set of switches is located on the wall by the entry area of the suite and the other set is located by the bed. Both set of switches work all the lights in suite, expect for the wet bar light and the bathroom lights, they both have their own switches.

The TV remote is a universal remote and will work the TV in your suite. The TV button will operate the TV functions. If you have any problems please contact the front desk “0” for assistance.

The following guideline has been developed to ensure proper safety to you, our guest. Please adhere to these guidelines, as you will be held responsible for any damage incurred because of failure to adhere.

• Burn only one log at a time. Do not add to existing fire.
• Never attempt to move or break up a log after lighting.
• Use of foreign objects other than fireplace logs may be hazardous.
• Always use the protective fireplace screen in front of fireplace.
• Never leave the fireplace unattended, if you are going out, please let fire log burn and just inform the front desk “0”.
• Do not attempt to extinguish the log with water, sand, fire extinguisher or any other foreign objects or chemicals, please just contact the front desk for assistance “0”.
• Do not attempt to adjust the damper; it is preset in the open position.
• Do not open the fire log wrapper, keep the log in the wrapper.
• Each fire log can burn up to 4 hours.

Housekeeping is available from 10:00am to 3:00pm, if you are a multiple night stay guest; please contact the front desk in reference to housekeeping. If you are in need of housekeeping at any other time of your stay please contact the front desk for assistance. If you are very pleased with you suite, please feel free to leave something for your housekeeper in your suite, there has been tip card provided for this gesture. The housekeepers would like to thank you in advance for you're generously.

Check In time for our suites is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is before noon the following day, unless otherwise noted. Please contact the front desk with any issues, concerns or questions that you may have. We are happy to help. Gift certificates are available for purchase at the Front Desk and they make perfect gifts. We do have some CD players for the suites that do not already have them, please contact the front desk for more information. At the time of check out, please drop off the suite key, for your convenience there is also a key drop off at the entrance to the lobby.
